Question

im having a big problem with my 95 buick lesaber limited. It has the pass key II system on it. And its been giving me a huge problem with starting the car when i need it to. Im using the keys that came with the car and nothing seems to work. I usually always have to wait the 3 minutes after trying to start the car the first time. How can i get around this problem? And if possible, how much would it cost to get the pass key system removed?
