How can we as a board of directors put a person out the church, that was not vioce in as our poastor?

Are you saying that this person is now the pastor of the church, but has never been sanctioned by the board of directors?

Has the pastor been accepted, and duly confirrmed by the congregation in general? Or did he just kind of slide into the position?

He someone that we do not know my father was the one put him as a pastor. This men was other in the church for three mouth. Yes I am saying that this person is now the pastor never been sanctioned by the board of directors.
