Question

I am a 36 year old female. I have always had my hands shake when I hold something. It doesn't happen all the time, but most of the time. I started noticing it when I was in my 20's. Some friends have told me that it might be related to diabetes. I thought maybe an early stage of Parkinsons.

Thanks for you imput.
