Hello, there is a good possibility that you car has a problem with either the valve guides or the valve seals and they are letting oil run into the cylinders where it is collecting and burning. There is a test called a cylinder leak down test that can be done on the motor to confirm if this is the problem or if it is being caused by something else. It amounts to bringing the cylinders up to top dead center one at a time and injecting compressed air into each cylinder and then measuring how much leakage there is in each cylinder and noting where that leakage is. For example, if the test gage showed 30% leakage and we could see and hear air escaping out of the oil filler tube or the valve cover, we would know that the compression was being lost past the piston rings, etc. If the test confirms it is a valve guide or seal issue, it is just a matter of replacing the seals. This is done in much the same manner, using compressed air to hold the valves closed while the seals are replaced. If it shows the guides are worn, then the cylinder head will need to be removed and have some machine work done to replace the guides. Thanks
