my cats cyst on his head is seeping slightly as hes scratched it, it isnt bothering him and he lets me touch it, should I squeeze out the liquid?

It would be best to not squeeze the cyst. You can cause it irritation to the site and make it worse. You can use warm compresses on it and see if that helps it seal and go down. If not then you should have him seen by your vet to make sure that it is a cyst and not a tumor. If you mess with a tumor very much it is possible to make it much larger. .
