Sounds like he came with an assortment of typical puppy problems.
If the diarrhea has not cleared up you can try a bland diet to give the intestinal tract a rest.
I would suggest trying boiled chicken meat or hamburger with the fat drained off, mixed with really well cooked rice in a ratio of 1/3 meat to 2/3 rice to see if that works. It's not a balanced diet but OK to use for a few meals while working on controlling digestive upset.
You can see if adding plain pedialyte to the water bowl will also help.
If he had coccidia it takes time for the body to build up immunity to it and another round of meds might be needed. I've had good luck using metronidazole (Flagyl)for non specific diarrhea in pups.
If the diarrhea cleared up then the next thing to think about is the breathing issues and this breed has some that are possible hereditary issues such as narrowed nasal passages, elongated soft palate, and collapsing trachea.
He might also have have either kennel cough

or canine influenza

You can see if some Robitussin DM will help the dog breathe better and control any cough or sneezing or runny nose. Read here about cautions and dose info

If you see a colored discharge from nose or eyes, if your dog coughs stuff up, seems lethargic, has any real trouble with breathing, or goes off eating, see your vet as your pet may have a secondary bacterial infection that will need antibiotics or other meds.
Hope this helps you!
