Need to run power lines to new property through neighbors property do i have a legal easement to do so?

Answer

You do not have an easement unless the neighbor agrees to allow you to run the power lines through his property. If he says no you will have to find an alternative route for the lines. If there is no alternative, you will have to take the issue to court to get the court to order the neighbor to agree to the easement.
