We also checked and only one of the two main curcit boards are getting power when the tv is plugged in. Can someone please tell me what part i need and where to find it. Please?

These TV often have a cold solder joints in them. Any vibration can jar them loose and cause them not to make a good connection. Even if you were able to visually inspect the circuit boards for a cold solder connection, I am positive many of the components in the set have changed value. This will happen to all the rear projection TV sets. This may seem strange but you might try bumping the set. I could not tell you how many sets I have seen start working jarring them. Most of the time it is not a permanent fix, but it may get some more use out of it.
