Question

I went to the vet today with my 9 year old blue healer mix. Over the last couple of weeks she got tired during her walks, lost appetite and in the last couple of days she started panting, drinking a lot of water and urinating. The vet said that according to blood tests she had an infection and gave me Amoxicillin 200mg (2 tabs 2 times daily) and Deramaxx 25mg (1 tab once daily). When I got home I noticed she was licking herself and there was a redish milky substance coming from her urethra. I called the vet and they said it must be a UTI, but this discharge has not stopped and it has been several hours. Please, what should I do?
