Question

My cockatiel bird flew off yesterday morning and has not returned . we've had her for 5 months. I have her cage outside with a nite lite on in case she comes back. What are my chances of her returning ?

tried talking her out of the trees,used feed and her cage

Accepted Answer

If you know where she is then keeping her cage available with food and water. This may entice her to come down. If she lives with another bird you might try placing that cage next to her cage and see if that attracts her down. You might also try contacting one of the tree trimming companies and see if they will go up there to try to get her. You can also use a water hose and try to flush her out of the tree.
