Question

I have been having issues losing weight. I have been working out 6 days a week, following weight watchers with two friends of mine, they both lost 7 pounds and I gained 7. Then last night after my work out I took one sip of wine( I don't drink ever) and about 15 minutes later I felt a little drunk and then I started the spins and got very sick off of one sip?
