Question

I have an 11 month old dachshund. and lately he has been lifting his right front leg and yipping like he is in pain. limps on it for a few minutes then rolls on to his back so that I can look to see what is wrong. I can find no visible signs of injury, he doesn't yip or pull his paw away when i inspect the leg, foot and knee joints. It this a way for him to get attention. He does this when he returns from a potty break (BF takes him out) he has to go up two steps to get into the house.
