Question

I have a dog that had his spleen removed due to a nodule burst . And the next day he was bleeding when peed and Vomited quite a bit of blood . Is there any new Meds that would get this under control? His BPC
varies between 16 and 22 and his vomit blood has now stopped but still showing blood in his water and he`s more alert 3 days after surgery ,and actually tried to get up this morning when I mention the truck and jinngled keys. He`s on antibiotics and IV
and vitamin K and had a steroid on the first day.
