What specific things have you tried to get her to stop?

Think about maybe signing her up for agility classes or doggy daycare to let her burn off some of that excess energy that she has. This is a breed that just goes and goes and goes...she needs a job even in down time to keep her mind and body active. Several walks throughout the day, doggy daycare or play dates at the dog park could be just the thing she needs. But yes, you are doing everything right and you have no idea how often people are not.
