Question

1] My apartment was 1]broken into, 2]Burglarized,

3]Robbed, 4]Criminal Trespassing, 5]totally

ransacked.
   
2] There was an Atlanta Police Officer on the scene

   while the above {1} was taking place.

3] I was called and told by a Detective [at 7:30am]

    that My case was being Investigated by the      

    Atlanta CID department.

4] When I did a follow-up call, I was told by Sgt.

   Griffin, a Supervisor, that I had lots of     

"dope" and "stolen goods in my apartment.

5] Sgt. Griffin refuse to help me get my property   

   back, or tell me why my property was taken?

6] All of my Property that was not taken/stolen,    

   was either damaged and/or destroyed.

7] I was given Case #

8] Sgt. Griffin accused Me of being a Criminal      

   without any evidents.

9] My Witnesses and Neighbors was intimidated by    

   the Defendants on the scene while they violated
   my rights.

10]The 4th Precinct Commander and the Officer on    

the scene, all seem to know the Maintance crew    

that robbed and stole personal items from my       

apartment.

11]This Letter is an attempt to get all my Property

    back, and/or be compensated for all my loses.

12]I was never served with a "search Warrant" to    

   have my apartment searched for dope or stolen    

   goods; Or to have my apartment intered to be
   rob by the defendants.

PS: I have all my receipts from rent, deposits,
    and the lease agreements.
