how do i mass-produce my item

Could you please explain to us what you have invented ? Do you have a patent on it yet ? Any other information about it ?

I do not have a patent as yet, so I can't explain
it, but I can say that it is something that is easily made with the correct tool.
I am going to us patent web site. I have requested a trademark, but think I spent too much on that request. They should be getting back
at me in about 5 days.
I don't know the order in which I should do things.

Okay, Getting the patent is the first step, then finding people willing to back the item, is next. Its very important to make sure you have complete ownership of it and no one can come in and try to duplicate it.

Then you will want to find someone to back the project, and then produce it.

As soon as that is all in place, you will need to meet and give a presentation, on the project and you'll be on a roll, with it.

How do I get it mass produced? And a prototype?

Without knowing what the item is, it would be tough to advise you who to go to.

I'm not sure about a protype ? You should open another question, for that answer/
