How do you make an oil miscible with water? Thanks in advance.

I have a fragrant oil I like and I want to make it evenly dispersed and put it into a water based room spray? How can I do this?

You can use polysorbate20 as an ingrediant to keep tthe oil evenly dispersed in the water. Here is a web page that you can order it from. It also includes the instructions for using the polysorbate20.
