How good are you at reading wiring diagrams?

Reply to Virtual Wrench's Post: I have no problem reading wiring diagrams. As far as I can figure, it could be either the headlight switch (about $50 at rockauto.com), or it could be the lighting control module (about $422.00). I have a 99' P-71 so the switch has to be for that application. The LCM has to be either a 99' or a 00'. I've checked the local junkyards but all of the matching cars suffered front end collisions, which brings about a 90% chance of the LCM being fried. When I turn the headlight switch to parking lights "on" position with the car running, there is no audible click from the LCM, as there is when I turn the headlights on. There is a "click" when I turn them off. The headlights and the breaklights work fine.

I figured it probably had them, but the wiring on this vehicle is pretty crazy.

Here is the headlamp circuit, sorry i have to send them cut in half, but you wouldnt be able to read them if i didnt :-)

The headlamp circuit shows the power feed for the dash illumination, i'll have to dig up the exterior lighting diagram for the tail lights,,

This will give ya something to chew on till i get back.
