i want to set up a telephone system where i can leave anouncments and people should be able to call in and listen to the announcments.it must have a option to listen to many anouncments at the same time (like for the announcment of sunday press 1 ,for monday press 2... it should be a inexpensive setup.thanx.

thanx.i looked up the options and if i understood well there are two options for this .1, just buying a digital answering machine and hook it up to a usual telephone line.2 ,is more sophisticated and works through the computer and need most probably voip etc... am i right ? what would be the esiast and cheapest way? and do you have a idea how much it costs to set up a system like the call butler or something similar? also please check eaglevoicemail.com

  • The Virtual PBX has a monthly charge and a set up fee. Information on that can be found by clicking here.
  • The Eagle Mail offers menu ed mail boxes. The cost is $100 a year for each mail box with a $200 set up charge. If you order 10 or more boxes they will wave the $200 set up fee. They many be contacted by calling toll free 1-800-778-6338.
  • Click here for a system that is computer controlled and is free. I have not used this system but you may want to give it a try.
  • Radio Shack offers an answering machine that has 3 mailboxes for under $40. Click here to see that item.
