Question

I have a 4 year old neice who has always been healthy. About 3 weeks ago she said her butt hurts and points to her outer thighs. One day she is fine the next she is in too much pain to walk. Her red blood count is low and her white blood count is low. Her hip joints are inflamed. The doctors have ruled out Lupus. They continue checking her blood count and it is even lower today. Any answers to this? Thank you Cyndi Blair
