Hi,

Well chances of pregnancy are less likely especially if he had his hands washed our properly .

Also i would like to add that there are several other causes of missed period like stress, weight gain/loss, medication, illness, climate, hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction to name a few .

Also you can miss your period due to anxiety , especially fear of pregnancy can also cause a missed period .

But still you may go in for a pregnancy test for ruling out pregnancy . As such the ideal time to test for pregnancy by HPT is 1-2 weeks from missed period .
