I;ve writen before,I need information on my erectile problem periodically I can get an erection when I'm
aroused sexually but it won'ta last. I've used the penile pump,muse,injection if it doesnt work could it mean that I don't need it. I'm under financial, relationship pressures.I get my urology treatment thought the VA (Vetetrans Health Care System).They haven;t offered me Vascular Assessment, Sensory testing, or nocternal penile tumescense rigidity testing. I thing my problem is somewhere in there. The VA is doing the minimal as far as my treatment is consern.Would doing these test gave me answers. P.S I'm going to talk to my provider about these test. If they dont help is there any place or medical arbitration I can turn to,this as been going on for more than a year. I've begged for help.The VA wants me to gave up on treatment. Any help would be greatly appreiated

There are many possibilities, including psycological and physical reasons. Some medications can cause the problem too.
There are some tests to diagnose the problem. Treatments are depending on the cause.

If my health care provider won't help with some different methods of treatment is there any place I can go to oversee my case.One doctor provived me with information about penile implants that why I'm looking for help outside the VA.I thing it's premature to talk about inplants when other treatment have'nt been tried
