accute knee pain,little swelling, no latteral movement possible, 90* degree bend only. warm to the touch on the insides of both patellas .Most painful when standing from sitting or sitting from standing. Feels like 2 fists in the front of the knees. Left knee worst. Sometimes pain is a burning pain, sometime it's not strong pain but causes me to cry from it been intolerable.
