Answer

There are several causes to feeling dizzy etc. and that in itself can cause you to feel nausea. It could be inner ear related, infections, change in head positions, vertigo, Meniere's disease, which affects the volume of fluid in the inner ear, low blood sugar, neurologic disorders, diet, food allergies, pregnancy. There is no way to pin point the exact cause without further evaluation. If this has been going on for more than 48 hours, you need to see your doctor, especially with the weekend coming up.

Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don't forget to click the *ACCEPT* button and please take a moment to leave me *POSITIVE* feedback.
