I'm flat broke. last year we got a refund on our taxes. this year we owe more than $2000. we don't have the money. what do we do?

Answer

 You can request a payment arrangement from the IRS.  Your payments can be spread out over upto 60 months.  Just fill out form 9465 and attach it to your return.  Then file as your normally would.
