Answer

Hello

This usually means nothing except that your stool passed quicker than usual. Your stool didn't have time to absorb any bile from your liver. It can also be due to something you ate. Green frosting, or green leafy veggies such as spinach and certain lettuces.

Not to worry.

This has been happening for the past few days with consistency and I have been watching my diet?

Accepted Answer

Again, not to worry.

This is not an indication of any type of illness or disease.

It is normal for our stool to change color sometimes.
