Answer
The question makes me recall my days as the high school baseball team's statistician.
A ground out that drives in a run on a "fielder's choice" is considered an "at bat". The idea is that the batter was trying to get a hit, not trying to sacrifice.
A sacrifice bunt is not an "at bat". A sacrifice fly, "intentional" or not, is not an "at bat". Neither is a walk, or a "hit by pitch". Neither is an "at bat" that is interrupted by a base runner getting picked off or thrown out stealing.
Final answer.
