Does anyone know where (how) I can get a theatre-quality, Toto the Dog (from the Wizard of Oz) costume made for a 4-year old?

I appreciate Glenn's efforts, but what he showed me had nothing to do with my question. I need a child's Halloween costume - but not a cheap, run-of-the-mill one. She wants to be Toto, which translates to a head-to-toe rendition, made almost completely with grey fur material. She wants to look like Toto! Thank you, but I cannot accept your answer.

I certainly cannot accept the latest offer.

Glenn -- I'm really sorry, but this site had no children's costumes whatsoever. You are on the wrong track. The costume I want is for a little child who wants to look like Toto the dog in the Wizard of OZ. I saw nothing that even remotely came close to answering my question.

Glenn's answers had nothing whatsoever to do with my question, which dealt with a theatre-quality child's costume of Toto the Dog as he appears in the Wizard of Oz.
