Question

I have a 2002 Suburban with a 5.3L engine. It has 140,000 miles. The other day it started running rough and set a P0160 code and a misfire cylinder #2. When I pulled the spark plug from #2 it was saturated with oil. Compression at that cylinder is slightly higher than the others. One of my co-workers said that my truck was blowing blue smoke the other day when I left work. What can the problem be? It just started running rough all of a sudden.

Hello

Could be a bad intake gasket.

It could also be more serious like a valve guide problem.
