'm looking to find independent beauty resp (ie Avon, Mary Kay, etc) who are looking to leverage their talend and years of experience by gettin in on the grown floor of a few hip, cool new cosmetics line specifially designed to be easy to buy and easy to understan....and abslolutely luxurious. Where do I do to find such people?

I would suggest going to the Avon and Mary Kay websites and searching for beauty reps in your area. Send an email to about 20+ and see what feedback you receive. Only problem I can think of, these reps may be very loyal to the brand they are with now and won't be willing to switch. There are some reps that don't find it working (like me, I used to do Mary Kay but it just didn't work the way I thought it would), so they might be more willing to switch over to a new company.
