This tree is very tall, planted within one foot of my home and has three large trunks, is this tree causing damage to my foundation, water lines and sewer lines

Eventually the pine tree will cause major structural damage to your foundation, and potentially the walls as well. If the stresses are transmitted vertically through your wall studs, it could damage your rafters and beams, too.
The exact location of your water and sewer lines would determine whether or not the tree roots are causing a problem. Usually the water lines are unaffected unless they are already leaking. But tree roots can get into the joints of even relatively new sewer lines.
The forces generated by growing trees are substantial and relentless. One foot clearance is not enough. This alone is cause for concern. I recommend you either move your house or remove the tree.
