I would suggest that you contact a lawyer in your state and explain the situation. Include that you believe that the person caring for your pet may not have been licensed to do so and that you were not updated as to chnages and treatments. Additionally, you may want to contact the Better Business Buereu at www.bbb.org and file a formal complaint against this business.
