Question

If you go most of the day without eating like today I haven't eaten anything since about 8:00a.m. and not much to drink would my blood sugar be low or high if half the day I was moving around and the other half just laying down watching tv

Hi,
Your blood sugars will definitely be low. For the normal functioning of the body cells and organs (even while resting), glucose is metabolised and used in our body. Even if you rest the whole day without eating and drinking, the blood sugars will be low. The levels will fall more if you are exercising or working.
