Answer

yes, cervial fusion is one option. this removes the disc and then fuses the vertebrate on top and bottom. this lessens mobility slightly but may be the only option if youre having chronic pain. this can also help degenerative disc. another possibility is discectomy or repair which removes the dics or injects fluid/gel into the center to try to repair the hernation.
