If being forced to leave your job and the employer wants you to sing a paper saying you choose to quit, And if you refuse to sing the paper can the employer leagely keep your last check?

Np. You must be paid for any time that you worked. The employer cannot withhold a check from you. In many states, you may sue for wrongfully withhheld funds and recover double the amount wrongfully withheld or more.
