An employee of mine is having health issues. A couple of weeks ago he sprayed Raid on his leg on the job to keep the bugs off. He seems to be sick every since. He has blurred vision, dizziness, extreme fatigue and he says that he feels as though he is itching under his skin. He has been to local doctor and they have tested him and found nothing wrong. They are treating him for anxiety. He keeps showing me places that look like he has little tiny holes in his skin. I called the man. of the raid and they told me that there was nothing in their sprays that would cause anything more than a minor skin irratation for a couple of days. Does anyone have a clue as to what might be wrong here? Could it possible be some kind of parasite?

Hi, XXXXXXXXX, it looks like your employee is completely normal, if the doctors have performed so many tests , with negative results, he is suffering ,what doctors call hypochondria.
and the best measure for him, will be to consult a psychiatrist.

The treatment will include psychotherapy with certain drugs ,specially a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and tricyclic antidepressant , these drugs will decrease his anxiety ,disease fear and the false perception, that he is experiencing all these symptoms.
He need to consult a psychiatrist specialist, they are able to manage ,this kind of problem.
