yes i had a sist drained about 4 weeks ago and sense then there 3 guys that work for us and within a week apart all three of there wifes have had one is there something about this we should be aware of

about the size of a lemon rihgt in the middle of my stomach yes that is what the dr. said and yes it was painfull and hard

Hi,
As such Cyst are usually not contagious ...
A collection of pus is called an abscess, not a cyst.
Also usually excision of cyst is done and abscess is drained ..
So cyst is removed along with the capsule completely .
