If you want to have more cockapoos you have to cross a poodle and a cocker.
When you breed two cockapoos you can get pups that look like poodles, pups that look like cockers and pups that look like the mix. No way to know how the genes will line up. That is why people prefer to breed purebred dogs when they want to be able to predict how pups will turn out.
