Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy),

To get the smell out of your freezer, here are a few options for you:

  • Mix 1 part bleach with 1 part water. Use this solution with a sponge to completely wipe down the inside of your freezer. Bleach will kill the bacteria that is causing the smell.
  • You may also want to dry a deodorizer after cleaning. Baking soda works great as well as borax. You can place a bowl baking soda or borax in the freezer to help absorb the smell.
  • I've also heard that Lysol mold and mildew spray works well. Just spray it all over your freezer and let it sit for a few minutes then scrub the entire freezer. Use HOT water with a sponge or wash cloth to wipe down after scrubbing.

I hope one of these work for you!
