Question

have a set of gm heads 10128374 ,
can i put them on a 1970 - 350 without using a reverse flow water pump and serpinten belt set up ?

Sure you can.Cylinder heads don't care what ay the coolant flows throygh them as long as it does.They change the flow direction to improve cooling system effectiveness.Before you ask it's to keep the combustion chambers cooler.Reversing the flow cools the cylinder head first and brings down the emission level of nox and helps prevent detonation.
