These bottles are available in Italy for under 20 euro's (some for half that). 20 Euros today are equivalent to about $27 US.
Thus your bottle is probably worth between $15 and $30 US...
... But you can merely refer to it as a "... rare Italian varietal ..." if you want to impress a date!
