I have a friend of mine who is 67 years old, although it was not the right thing to do, but is on a very limited budget. For the past year she refused to pay the surcharge on her Lipa bill. Although, she did pay her monthly bill every pay period. She has been in a dispute with Lipa for a while. She has a history of many medical problems, ex: heart condition, high blood pressure, breathing problems due to her heart. Well, on the hottest day of the year. Lipa turned off her electric. I've offered her to sleep over tonight, so she could have the air condition, but her pride is in the way. Could you please give me some suggestions as to what I could bring over to her home tonight, to make the days ahead a little bearable. She is going to call LIPa again tomorrow, but I think she will be talking upon dead ears. Any suggestions to waht I could do for her. I do not have a generator. Please get back to me ASAp. I have to get over there before it gets dark.
Thanks a million,
Linda
