I depends on what you are using the ultravate for, to get any comparable cream over the counter. You can try MG217 if you are using it for psoriasis. If you are using it for other types of skin conditions, you just have to browse the ointment aisle for something similar to what you need. For instance, my husband was getting a 5% topical ointment for a skin condition. The most comparable thing we could find in the store was a 2% ointment, which worked, just not quite as well. There is no way you can find any steriod cream that I am aware of in an over the counter atmosphere. If you tell us what you're using the ultravate for, maybe someone can come up with an awesome suggestion on what else you can use. Thanks JGood. I hope to help.
