Question
I got a child support court order from New Jersey, 12/05. Since then my ex wife has relocated to Colorado, I now reside in North Carolina. Changes in support are due to change, since my 17 year old daughter will now be residing with me. What state will have juristriction over the decision of support payments, she still has my younger 2 boys.

According to the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act, if all parties have moved out of the State that had original jurisdiction, the case can be moved to a different State. Normally, the moving party must go to the State of the other party. So in this case, if you are seeking the change, you would need to seek the modification in Colorado.
I hope this helps!
