Hello. The answer is, not likely. Neither is normally considered the prey of the other, with the exception of a cat possibly showing more interest in fox kits than the mother fox might care for. Here is a link to an article discussing this possibility that you may find informative.

I don't know the circumstance that have prompted your question but if the situation is that you live in an area where you have foxes and if you have a cat that has gone missing, or has been found injured or dead, a fox is a very unlikely suspect.
