how many feet are in a mile? And if there are 2,114.79 miles between San Diego, CA. and Louisville, KY. And Sound travels at a rate of 1,120 feet per second; How long/fast would it take for the sound of a voice to reach an eardrum within said distance?

There are 5280 feet in a mile.

Ignoring technicalities like the impossibility of a voice covering
that distance, and assuming that you mean "at" that distance,
and not "within" that distance, the answer is that it would take 2
hours, 46 min, 9.7 seconds.
