Question

I live in Massachusetts and worked at a local restaurant for 2 years
as manager/waitress for an owner. He sold restaurant a new person
bought and I worked 4 weeks(under table)as he reorganized. However,he reopened and i felt he was using me for my knowledge.
I worked 2 weeks(clocked in for some time and some under) during this time much confusion as staff did now like changes and i felt they did not like my attitude as to i was not as friendly with them as before and just more professtional. Everything i said they seemed to take issue to and complain. On thursday owner and i sat for an hour regarind he was tired of their attitudes and gossip and they were going to be told to stop and leave. On friday more confusion they were making regarding staffing. I received my pay at 5:00p.m. for the prior week ready to leave he said now i have to let you go/i was shocked said nothing and left. pays come wed/icalled thurs. to pick up he said in mail. 10 days later still 0
what do i do?
