Info Request
Hello,
I can help with this, but first I need more information:
1) How old was the horse?
2) What breed?
3) Was the horse in a stall, corral, or pasture when it died?
4) What time of day did someone last see the horse before it died?
5) What time of day was it found?
6) Were there other horses that were unaffected?

American Saddlebred

found dead at 12:00 Noon
She was cold & had been dead awhile already.
She was perfectly normal prior to that.
We do not own any other horses, but our neighbor boy mention that his uncle who does not live very far away had a horse die for apparently no reason also.
He had heard that if a horse ate oppossum feces it would kill it & there is nothing you can do about it.
