If a person lives in a surrounding of pine trees is it possible that the pine trees are taking oxygen from the air making it diffult to breath and making one get dizzy headed?

Trees help produce oxygen, not remove air.

Have you been tested for asthma ? That can be a first sign of it, shortness of breath.

My grandson, has it and must stay away from pine trees, because of it.
