Question

hi,
I have a really bad cold,and bronchitis..i am not a smoker,so I will assume this is viral.inside my right nostral...started to burn ,so i thought i had cut it from constent blowing...but it looked something like a pimple. to make sure it was a pimple i tryed to pop it and noticed it was some sort of blister .I have never had a cold sore in my life,nor has my husband!I looked up what a cold sore in the nose looks like and it was red and pussy this is not what mine looks like! mine is flesh color and white and raised...it goes all the way back into the nostril and i just noticed it seems a little crusty (yellow). ?i have a 10 month old daughter who loves to grab my nose ..i try not to let her but she is fisty please help tell me what this is should i be concerned...i also have very bad headachs since this has showed up please help
